MIFNE (Hebrew for TURNING POINT)

We developed Mifne to provide individual and group mentoring across all demographics: men and women, youths and adults, Arabs and Jews, and members of the secular, religious, and ultra-Orthodox communities. We equip them with the tools required to successfully implement change and integrate into the modern Israeli workforce.

Mifne serves as the cornerstone for new and singular employment initiatives, each tailored to meet the needs of a target community. In each initiative we partner with the relevant local authorities and are supported by funders from both the business and philanthropic sectors.

Launched in 2006, the program now operates in seven centers across Israel, serving over 400 participants annually.
