RIYAN EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE CENTERS

Riyan Centers can be found in dozens of towns across the country and offer the widest range of services currently available to the Arab community in Israel – services that help members of the community integrate and advance within Israel’s workforce.

At Riyan Centers we offer personal guidance that includes career counseling, vocational training, workshops that develop transferable skills, information on rights and benefits, and refer candidates to prospective employers.

Riyan Centers operate in the Wadi Ara ‘Triangle’ in the north and in Bedouin towns and villages in the south of Israel.

The program serves an average of 6,000 participants annually, 60% of whom are women, in 9 communities throughout Israel.
