Ofra came to the program with no employment experience whatsoever and underwent a powerful process of development and change. She discovered that she enjoys both working with children and acting. She began taking acting lessons and decided she wanted to pursue a career that included a social component. She sought out and began to work at an organization for children with special needs and their families, and today serves as its CEO. Participating in Family Employment Empowerment, she says, significantly changed her approach to employment – and was instrumental in her success.
